Chocolate Mail

This brief is a redesign project that asked us to find something that needs improvement. I thought about postage stamps and how people lick the back of the stamps. The act of licking stamps, is loved by some and disgusts others. Even though nowadays there are sticker stamps, those old-fashioned lickable stamps will never die. So if we have to lick it anyway why not make it tasty so we can all be happier. I designed a set of stamps called Chocolate Mail, which comes in 3 flavours - dark, milk and white chocolate. They are a set of 24 1st class stamps that are designed to look like a bar of chocolate, packaged as an envelope.

Monki is a Swedish retail concept aimed at teenage girls, one that embraces a magical fantasy story about ‘little black creatures with dual personas’ that live in a derelict City of Oil and Steel. Sound strange? Well it is, this isn’t your typical high street teen clothing outlet, this is a conceptual world which is represented in massive detail throughout the store interiors, graphics, accessories, printed garments, shopping bags and even down to price tags and receipts. This is a retail vision like no other, and having recently been bought by fellow Swedes and giants of high street fashion H&M, it’s a concept which could well be coming your way in the near future.

Snow Fall 281008

Time 15:34. Jet rang me this afternoon and told me that snow is falling. I asked really? That is impossible, it is only October. That was my reaction while I spoke to him on the phone, because nowadays I seldom pull back my window curtain, so I do not know what is happening outside my window, unless I walk out of my house. My room is very cold in the winter, and warm in the summer as my room is on the third floor, and the heater in my room is not working. That is why I keep the curtain closed.

So I pulled away my window curtain, and the snowflakes continued to fall from the sky. They flew in front of my view. Beautiful. It was only 2°c when I checked with my iphone. I then stood in front of the window for 5 minutes and enjoyed the view through my window. That is what I normally like to do when snow falls, instead of going outside for a walk. What do you think? The snowfall ended after 2 hours, the time being 17:02. The sky is turning darker, and darker….

Goldfrapp Live Concert 251008

This is the third concert i have been in this month. Lykke Li live at Birmingham Glee Club 051008, Cascada live at Birmingham Carling Academy 241008 and Goldfrapp live at Wolverhampton Civic Hall 251008 which is the day after Cascada concert. Just because of one song called A&E by Goldfrapp i went to her concert with Jet and Joe. Erm.... the ticket cost me 25 pounds but worth it. Goldfrapp vocal was intoxicated everyone in her concert especially Jet screamed and danced. After the concert, Joe felt a bit disappointed because Goldfrapp doesn't performed the song that he like. Anyway i very enjoyed it and love you Goldfrapp. x x x

iBangle

It really is! Hear me out. The iBangle is Gopinath Prasana’s vision of a future iPod where the devices have become darn close to becoming jewelry. If you factor in inflation and the cost of Apple products today - might as well call it jewelry because it’ll cost as much. I digress, the iBangle is a thin piece of aluminum (of course) with a multi-touch track pad. To achieve the perfect fit, a cushion inside the ring inflates to keep itself taught against your wrist. Unisex? Maybe.

为什么？心里有太多的为什么。。。我不想让自己看起来那么脆弱。。

我不想哭。。一哭就会崩溃，甚至想伤害自己的身体。。

从我来英国，毕业过后，就跟哥哥住在一起。。。

我知道同住难，还以为只要迁就对方，应该会过得很开心。。。。

可是，就算我再怎么努力，结果还是一样。。。

不论我做什么，说什么，他都不满意。。

我只是想让他开心。。。

他很好。。他是好哥哥。。只可惜，他是完美主义者，大男人主义。

第一次

是他的朋友，说什么我说她是多嘴舌。 明明不是从我口中说出来，明明不是我错，他还要我硬着头皮，跟他的朋友做回朋友，哥说：“她再怎么错，你还是有求于过她，不是她，今天你不会有工作做。”当时我想对哥说，不是我求过她，就一辈子欠了她，就算我有求于她，也并不代表我需要看她脸色做人。最多我辞职！求她是因为想跟你做同一家餐馆，目的是不想跟你分开的太远。我的心声你又知道多少？这是你第一次让我把眼睛哭得又红又肿，像我那么固执的人，怎么可能让外人知道我哭，隔天还要去上班，唯有拿敷眼睛的敷我的眼。因为你是我哥，我再怎么固执，到最后我还是跟她说话了。我在想，这次她跟他家人来英国参加毕业典礼，那又有多少朋友跟他们说恭喜？？又有多少人感觉他们的存在？？那是你朋友的问题，还是我的问题？？？？

第二次

你出国旅行，你去的是不繁荣，不卫生的国家，还听朋友说常常看到电视上播放那些被砍头的， 都是在那个国家常常发生的。你去旅行的前两天，常常发噩梦，还哭了。。 担心你会出事。

你不再的时候，还跟你另一个朋友大打出手。对方还是个男的。你一定想说，打人就了不起吗？对！！！ 我想说， 我可以为自己出一口气，我就是很了不起。就算当我需要你们的时候，你们却不在时，可以保护自己，不管用什么方式，我都不会让自己受到伤害。容忍一个人也是有底线的。他以前在学校常常被人打，就是因为他的嘴巴犯溅，出口伤人。虽然我不能确定他被人打是不是一个事实。但是哥， 你是聪明人，那男的有好几个好朋友，要好到甚至大家一起去纹身，到最后还不是一拍两散。 那是你朋友的问题，还是我的问题？？

第三次

今天，你又为了你的朋友，大声对我说话。 你竟然说，你的朋友的性格是这样的，那就迁就她，就跟他说清楚到底要不要出去， 不让他等。。还说，我得要求人家为我办签证。要低声下气。为什么？？ 为什么？？

为什么弄得我好像欠了你，欠了你的朋友，欠了你身边的人。。。 他们是他们，为什么每次都因为你的朋友来伤害我们之间的感情。你说的话我都听。那我说的话，你什么时候认真地听了。。

我只想说,帮助一个人是发自内心，而不是要求回报， 不是说谁欠谁。。。

如果是这样，我宁愿一个人，不需要你所谓的那些朋友。。

至少我不会受到伤害。。

“忍”字怎么写， 你知道吗？一把刀插在心里。。
